East Jakarta Again Wins Nindya Predicate at Child-Friendly City Award

East Jakarta Government again won the child-friendly city award from Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Ministry on Thursday (7/29). This award event was carried out virtually.

In the future, we will continue to try to get the Utama title, which is the highest predicate

It was recorded that 275 regencies and cities throughout Indonesia had participated in the virtual event of Child-Friendly City Award 2021. There were four award criteria given, namely Utama, Nindya, Madya, and Pratama.

East Jakarta Mayor, Muhammad Anwar accompanied by TP PKK Chairperson, Diah Anwar as well as People's Welfare Assistant, Alawi; PPAPP Sub-agency Head, Sumilan; and People's Welfare Section Head, Mukhtar attended the awarding procession which held from Special Meeting Room on the 2nd Floor of Block A Building, East Jakarta Mayor Office.

According to East Jakarta People's Welfare Assistant, Alawi, Nindya Child-Friendly City title which was again won by East Jakarta Government could be achieved through collaboration with all parties, from sub-agencies to the community.

"Thank God, East Jakarta is able to retain Nindya predicate in Child-Friendly City 2021 award. In the future, we will continue to try to get the Utama title, which is the highest predicate," he conveyed.

Similar thing was conveyed by East Jakarta PPAPP Sub-agency Head, Sumilan. He emphasized that he would evaluate the work. Thus the results could be more optimal in order to achieve the highest predicate.

"Of course we want to be able to achieve the highest predicate, namely Utama Predicate," he stated.
